Social media advertising

Social advertising works when the creative looks like it belongs in the feed and the response afterwards is handled. It fails when a print advert is posted as an image and nobody answers the comments.

Businesses and organisations that need reach and enquiries from social platforms, and want the follow-up handled properly.

How we work through social media advertising

Platforms chosen by where the audience is

Facebook and Instagram remain the broadest reach for most Tanzanian consumer audiences, TikTok rewards video made for it, and LinkedIn suits professional and B2B recruitment. We recommend a short list and explain what each is for rather than running everywhere.

  • Audience and platform match, with reasons
  • Formats that suit each platform: video, carousel, static
  • A budget structure that lets the strongest performer win

Creative that fits the feed

An advert competing with family photographs needs a different visual language from a billboard. We design for the feed: legible on a phone, understandable without sound, and honest enough that the response it gets is the response it deserves.

What happens after someone responds

Comments, shares and direct messages are part of the campaign, not an afterthought. We agree in advance who replies, how quickly, and what they say when someone asks a price or a question, because an advert that goes unanswered is worse than no advert.

  • Response guidance and reply templates for the team
  • A clear route from a message to an enquiry
  • Reporting that separates reach from genuine interest

Questions we are often asked

  • Should we pay for advertising, or focus on organic posts?

Organic posting keeps an audience warm but rarely reaches new people at scale on its own. Most organisations need both: regular organic content so the profile looks alive, and paid placement when something specific has to be seen.

  • Do you manage the day-to-day posting too?

Where it helps, yes, including a content calendar, design and publishing. Where the client has an in-house team, we usually take the advertising and creative production and leave the daily conversation with the people who know the customers.

  • What about working with influencers or content creators?

We can identify and brief creators whose audience genuinely matches, agree what is delivered and when, and make sure the message stays consistent with the rest of the campaign instead of becoming an unrelated post.
